Where & How it all began...

By February 2016, sisters Sally (left) & Sandra (right) Novak were retired from the Army as Drone Pilots. With the love of flying drones, they began participating in drone racing leagues across the country. They had purchased several 3D printing machines to help replace parts on their drones between events. After a few other racing teams learned what they were doing, Sally & Sandra realized they had the capabilities to tap into a niche market. By October 2016, ReHASH Designs, LTD was born.

Initially being a company contracted by drone racing leagues, Sally & Sandra had ReHASH Designs running successfully at 20 employees within a year but had bigger dreams in mind. While they spent most of their time traveling to races and securing new contracts, they had a team in Denver, CO to handle orders, production, packaging, and logistics. During the 2017 Xtreme Drone Circuit (XDC) in Las Vegas, Nevada, one of the sisters broke a recently purchased THC/CBD cartridge. Both sisters knew at that moment what they needed to do next: create a versatile sleeve that will protect THC/CBD cartridges from breaking. Realizing they were tapping into another niche market, Sally & Sandra shifted their focus on marketing for ReHASH Designs, LTD. The PeNPaL was born in September 2017.

For those of you who do not know, the PeNPaL is a colorful sleeve that slides over a THC/CBD cartridge. This prevents the encasing from easily breaking if the cartridge was to be dropped from your pocket, table, purse, car, or any other mishap. In the event that the cartridge does break, the PeNPaL will hold everything in place allowing the user to finish their product. The PeNPaL is affordable and should be thrown away if it holds a broken cartridge together. !!!DO NOT TRY TO REMOVE IF A CARTRIDGE BREAKS WITH AN ATTACHED PeNPaL!!!

The PeNPaL also comes in many different colors and patterns. They can be custom ordered to have names or any other short phrases printed on them. These cool colors add a fun charm to your cartridge. Some people use different colors to identify the difference between Sativa, Hybrid, and Indica. Most importantly, it also allows for increased discretion as to what it is you are inhaling. It is NOBODY'S business unless you make it their business.

The PeNPaL took ReHASH Designs, LTD from a small, minority, veteran-owned company with 20 employees operating in an old, historic house to operating in 9 different states: California, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Washington, & Washington, D.C. with over 250 employees.

Since the pandemic in 2020, ReHASH Designs, LTD has been successfully operating in those nine states and maintains a leader in the 3D Printing organization. We offer all printing options, materials, and directives. We can bulk print, custom print, as well as custom design any project.
